About the seminar:

Solrico has teamed up with IRENA for collecting cost data of a representative number of realised commercial and industrial (C&I) solar heat projects commissioned between 2010 and 2020 in the major solar heat markets worldwide. The aim was to add solar heat for the first time in IRENA´s flagship publication Renewable Power Generation Costs in June 2021. The analysis results in cost charts either in total installed costs (USD/kW) or Levelized Cost of Heat (USD/kWh). The final results of the cost analysis show impressive cost reductions over time in selected markets. The European large-scale plants also have achieved great economies of scale.
